We deliver throughout the UK. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Traced Services, or Parcel Force 48.
For standard delivery, Royal Mail endeavours to deliver items within 2 – 3 days. If you haven’t received, you order within 5 days of receiving confirmation of despatch please contact us by telephone or email.
When you contact us we will trace your order and try and ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible. Please be advised that we request our customers to fill in their address details at the time of placing the order. If our customer has placed the order with a wrong address, then we will not be held responsible for them not receiving the item.
Your rights to return goods are protected under Law and our terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.
You are entitled to return ordered goods within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind. The returned goods must be unopened and unused and in the same condition as when dispatched.
Full credit will only be given if the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition with all packaging, components, labels, leaflets and instructions complete and intact. We reserve the right to reduce the amount of or refuse a refund if the goods are not in the same condition as despatch.
If you wish to return goods under these circumstances you must do the following;
contact us by telephone or email to say which items, you wish to return and the reason why.
We shall refund the cost of the goods, to the original account charged. Once the returned goods have been received in the same condition as dispatched, we shall refund the original account charged within 48hours, however due to bank processes, this may take up to 7 days to appear in your account. Customers are liable for the costs involved in returning unwanted goods to us. When returning goods, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. You can return the damaged products for a replacement or full refund. Please do not try to fix the item yourself before contacting us, as this annuls any guarantee or warranty. Postage will be refunded in full on faulty or damaged goods.
